Privacy

Your privacy is primary to me. What you discuss with me stays with me. There is no clerical staff or receptionist, so I am the only person with access to your records. I follow Federal privacy guidelines which require a written authorization from you before your information or files are shared with anyone.

You have the added privacy advantage of all services being private pay. I do not accept insurance reimbursements nor file paperwork for reimbursement for my clients. No insurance carrier can request your records for review. I will, when requested, provide a receipt that clients can submit to their insurance carriers for reimbursement. In addition, many employers offer pre-tax set aside programs for health care expenses, and most reimburse for my fees. Both insurance reimbursement and reimbursement from these plans are easier if you have a prescription from your physician for my services.
